Taking into consideration parent and player feedback, we have decided to run the tour to Seattle , WA and decline the offer to tour and scrimmage in Eugene, Oregon at the University of Oregon .  This has allowed us to minimize the number of days the players miss school and substantially reduce the overall expense to the parents.

 

Travel itinerary is:

 

Depart Friday morning, May 1^st at 7:15 AM to Seattle to play local teams

Return from Seattle , Sunday, May 3^rd arriving at 9:20 AM

 

Cost is $375 per player and includes airfare, rental vans and associated expenses, two shirts to wear on the tour, and hotel accommodations when needed for the coaches/chaperones.  In Seattle , the boys will be billeted at the host teams’ homes.  There will be one coach and 3 parent chaperones with the boys.  The boys should bring $40- $50 in cash to cover meals that are not covered by the billets (lunch on Friday and Saturday, possibly one dinner).
