2012 Registration Process

STEP 1) Complete Participant Contract & Parent Consent Form (Click HERE for form)

STEP 2) Complete 2011/2012 Voluntary Activity & Medical Authorization Form for Minor (Click HERE for form)

STEP 3) Update or Enter ALL of the information required on the Roster page of TeamSnap.  Log in at the following links:      Men      Women

For cell phone numbers, make sure to check the box to allow the team to send you text messages and select your cell phone provider from the drop-down list.  This is so that you will get important updates about about match times, etc.

Upload your registration photo (in rugby jersey, photo from shoulders to top of head)

If you have questions about TeamSnap or are new to the team and need to create a Username and password click here.

STEP 4) PHOTOS& ID :
a) Send a photo of your complete Student ID to TEAM PHOTO CAPTAIN
b) Send your registration photo to TEAM PHOTO CAPTAIN
TEAM PHOTO CAPTAIN (girls: Lauren Jetter, boys: Any Boy Captain) for sizing for the NCYRA (Northern California Rugby Association).

STEP 5) FEES: $450 payable to PITS RUGBY
BREAKDOWN: $41.50= NCYRubgy includes usarugby registration & transaction fee $408.50*= Uniform, trainer, fields, tournaments, insurance, accident/liability, misc. (*does not include special bus trip fares & tour costs)

“Scholarships are available on a limited basis. A  Scholarship Application Form must be filled out, no exceptions, and approved by the Board.”

“Checks for Fees ($450) should made payable to PITS Rugby and sent to PITS Rugby, Attn:  Edna Cooper, 223 Estates Drive, Piedmont, CA 94611. Please make sure the Player’s name is noted on the check.”
